GRATA International China Partner Mrs. Gulnur Nurkeyeva gave an interview to the national TV channel Khabar 24 on her election to the Arbitration Commission of PRC

According to the Arbitration Law of the PRC, the arbitration commission can only consist of citizens of the PRC, but to resolve disputes complicated by a foreign element, the Arbitration Commission is created by the International Chamber of Commerce of China.

This Arbitration Commission may employ foreign nationals as members of the arbitration tribunal.

The International Chamber of Commerce considers foreign candidates with professional knowledge in current legislation, economics and trade and other areas.

At present, there is an increase in applications to the arbitration court, complicated by a foreign element associated with the implementation of the One Belt One Road Initiative.
