GRATA International Partners took part in the COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan

GRATA International Partners, Liya Akzhanova and Ummi Jalilova, took part in the COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The 29th Conference of the Parties operated under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. 

Liya Akzhanova and Ummi Jalilova had the chance to pass exclusively into the Blue Zone for the top-level participants. The Blue Zone is the formal conference and negotiation space managed by the UNFCCC.

This year COP29 will address a variety of climate-related and green energy issues, including climate technology, innovation, capacity-building, climate finance and more.
