Gulnar Sattarova is a Counsel of GRATA China Desk. Gulnar has about 40 years of experience.
In 1988 Gulnar obtained her degree in Moscow State University. In 1997 studied in British Institute of International and comparative rights.
She worked for Kazakhstan Government as a head of Legal department in The Ministry of International Economic Relations starting from 1991, in The Ministry of Industry and Trade in 1994, The Ministry of Transport and Communications in 1999, later in 2011 she worked in the Ministry of Justice of RoK.
Except for governmental work, prior to joining GRATA Law Firm Gulnar worked for International Law firm White&Case and also worked as a Managing Director in Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc.
She has a thorough knowledge of Kazakhstan law and governmental relations that proves valuable for foreign invested companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Gulnar is a professional mediator of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
