Vladimir Komarov spoke at an expert meeting of GRATA International St. Petersburg and the “Club First”

On January 28, an expert meeting of GRATA International St. Petersburg and the “Club First” was held in St. Petersburg on the topic “How family conflicts can destroy your company, and what to do about it?”.

Managing Partner of GRATA International St. Petersburg Vladimir Komarov shared his experience and knowledge. 

The meeting was held in the format of an open dialog, where each member could express his/her opinion and ask questions to the expert.

The meeting discussed the consequences of family conflicts, the main mechanisms to protect business from the division of property of spouses, as well as alternative tools for managing the risks of divorce.
