Partner and Head of Natural Resources Department at GRATA International moderated the V Forum of Gold Producers in Astana

Almat Daumov, Partner and Head of Natural Resources Department at GRATA International and Samat Daumov, Partner and Director of the Astana office took part in the 14th International Astana Mining & Metallurgy Congress. The Congress was held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Almat Daumov moderated the V Forum of Gold Producers, organized within the first day of the Congress. Participants discussed goals and objectives for sustainable development of the industry, global trends in gold mining, and digitalization processes in the industry. Speakers included representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Baker McKinsey consulting company, mining and gold mining companies Polymetal Eurasia, RG Gold, etc. At the end of the forum a Memorandum was signed with the Iranian Association.
