Managing Partner of GRATA International Beijing spoke at a panel session of the AIFC Court and the International Arbitration Center

Managing Partner of GRATA International Beijing, Gulnur Nurkeyeva, spoke at a panel session of the AIFC Court and the International Arbitration Center (IAC) on Procedure, Practice & Timeframes of filling a claim at the AOFC Court & IAC.

Gulnur shared her extensive experience in representing foreign investors in the AIFC Court and IAC, highlighting the features and advantages of the AIFC judicial system compared to the national judicial system. Gulnur is on a panel of arbitrators at the IAC and a member of the Users' Committee of the AIFC Court and IAC.

The event was opened by the Rt. Hon. The Lord Burnett of Maldon, who previously served as the Chief Justice of England and Wales, and Mr. Thomas Krümmel, IAC Chairman. The panel sessions were attended by more than 150 attorneys, practicing lawyers, in-house lawyers from National Companies, and Judges from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
