GRATA International Beijing Presents to the Delegation of Beijing’s Selected 100 Legal Talents Program

On 3 December 2025, Akzhan Sargaskayeva, Counsel at GRATA International Beijing, welcomed a delegation of 40 participants of The 2025 Training Program for Beijing Selected 100 Legal Talents at the premises of the AIFC Court and the International Arbitration Centre (IAC).

Altynay Sovet, Senior Associate at GRATA International, also participated in the session on behalf of GRATA International Beijing, contributing to the discussions and engaging with the delegation throughout the program.

The delegation included representatives of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, notaries, judicial experts, and faculty members from Peking University Law School and the China University of Political Science and Law, as well as partners and senior lawyers from leading Beijing law firms, including Beijing Dacheng Law Firm, Haiwen Law Firm, Zhong Lun Law Firm, Jingtian & Gongcheng, Deheng Law Firm, Anli Partners, and others.

The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the legal market in Kazakhstan and the operations of leading law firms in the region. Mrs. Akzhan Sargaskayeva delivered an in-depth presentation about GRATA International, outlining the firm’s local and international capabilities, its experience in cross-border matters, and its role in supporting Chinese investors across all jurisdictions of GRATA International’s presence.
