Akzhan is a Counsel at GRATA International China Office and a graduate of the University of Edinburgh Law School. She has a legal experience in consulting in the spheres of Corporate Law, Contract Law, Construction and Infrastructure, and the Acting Law of the AIFC.

Prior to joining GRATA International, she has practiced as part of the legal teams in international Kazakhstani law firms and private companies and at the Corporate Finance Advisory in the city of London, UK, where performed largely in the UK and EU Law matters.

Akzhan has played a substantial role in the development of the AIFC Law Pro Bono Office and contributed to the AIFC Law development during her working experience in the Legal Support Department at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Authority.

Akzhan has an extensive experience in providing legal support for Chinese Companies in countries of GRATA International presence. She is detail oriented, energetic, and hard-working with a strong sense of commitment and loyalty to the clients.

Akzhan is fluent in English and Russian languages, and possesses highly-proficient command of legal writing skills.
