- Worked on a land acquisition matter where our client intended to purchase property for setting up a factory, and the land belonged to a Church. Conducted detailed legal due diligence, examined title documents and regulatory aspects, prepared a comprehensive due diligence report, and advised the client on legal risks and compliance requirements before proceeding with the transaction.
- Analysed a financial transaction involving a Shareholders’ Agreement and an Option Agreement, examining the rights, obligations, and financial implications for the parties involved. Assisted Senior Counsel in reviewing the transaction structure and key contractual terms. Also prepared a detailed note for the client outlining the legal position, potential risks, and strategic considerations arising from the agreements.
- Reviewed and analysed documents relating to a family property dispute in Goa, while the concerned family members are presently residing in Belgium.
