- Advised a large Kazakh aviation company on the issues of concluding aircraft leasing agreements;
- Advised a private company, a recognized leader in the field of gases, technologies and services for the industrial sector on a project to build a hydrogen plant at one of the refineries in the Republic of Kazakhstan in reviewing financial documents;
- Conducted an analysis for the Armenian bank on the issues of granting a loan to a Kazakh company registered in accordance with the legislation of the AIFC;
- Provided legal support for a transaction with a national Chinese company regarding the construction of a bridge in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Provided legal support in the conclusion of contracts for construction and installation works during scheduled maintenance shutdowns at major oil refineries in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Social work
- Y.G. Basin Legal Clinic: Provided pro bono legal services to individuals in need, assisting them with various legal issues;
- Kazakhstan Vis Alumni Association: contributed to the development of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot by providing support and advising participants.
