Ikbal Said Alauddin is a Managing Partner at GRATA International Turkmenistan, which is an associated office of the Hukuk Consulting company.

Ikbal began his legal career in 2013 at the Denlik-Hukuk law firm, where he worked as a lawyer and head of the corporate law department until 2015. During this time, he gained experience in labor law, contract law, and business law, making him one of the leading lawyers in Turkmenistan.

He then joined the Khukukchy Hyzmatdash law firm, where he advised multinational and local companies on the setup and operation of businesses in Turkmenistan. Additionally, he assisted clients in obtaining necessary licenses and permits. He also accompanied the local juice producer of the brand  on everyday legal issues.

In 2016, Ikbal joined the Central Asia regional team of General Electric as a legal consultant. He provided legal services and performed various legal functions for GE business units in Central Asia. His responsibilities included conducting research and analysis, providing advice on various aspects of the legislation of Turkmenistan and Central Asian countries, monitoring changes made to the legislation of Turkmenistan, and developing draft contracts and other legal documents, such as commercial, sourcing, and other types of contracts. Ikbal also assisted in the implementation of legal and compliance projects and helped assess the risk parameters in the region. He then assisted in developing appropriate measures to eliminate and prevent any identified risks.

In 2020, Ikbal joined the Hukukchi law firm as a partner and introduced the practical application of alternative dispute resolution. He continued his work at the firm until the end of 2021. In November 2021, Ikbal was appointed as a Managing Partner at Hukuk Consulting law firm, where he continues his practice in business law.
