Att. Betül Arslan Aydın is a French–Turkish dual national Legal Consultant with a solid academic background and extensive cross-border legal experience. She completed her legal education in France, earning both an LL.B. and Master’s degrees in Commercial and International Trade Law from the University of Burgundy, with a specialization in international trade law. Following postgraduate studies, she relocated to Turkey, where she successfully completed the law equivalency program at Ankara University and qualified as a lawyer.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution:
- Represented two Turkish energy companies in ICC arbitration proceedings seated in Zurich against European suppliers regarding the construction of geothermal power plants. Achieved a significant success in one case, saving the client USD 13.5 million.
- Acted for a Russian company in an ad hoc arbitration arising under maritime law in relation to an agency agreement with a Turkish carrier.
- Drafted pleadings and coordinated filings in ICC and ad hoc arbitration, ensuring strict compliance with procedural rules.
