- Protecting the interests of the company in a claim by a withdrawing participant for recovery of the actual value of the share in all instances, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
- Support in a legal dispute regarding the collection of debt for supplied equipment from a Belarusian enterprise, the majority shareholder of which is the state, in the amount of EUR 250,000.
- Protecting the interests of the company in a claim by a counterparty to recover losses in the amount of VAT, the confirmation of which was refused to the counterparty by the tax authority.
- Consulting a French alcoholic beverages manufacturer on the tax implications of an option program for employees of a Russian subsidiary.
- Supporting corporate conflicts between participants and shareholders of Russian companies.
- Supporting bankruptcy procedures for companies from the initiation of the bankruptcy procedure to its completion, as well as representing the interests of individual participants in bankruptcy cases - creditors, arbitration managers, persons controlling the debtor.
