• Acted as a legal consultant in public offering processes, including preparing legal reports and drafting application files for submission to the Capital Markets Board.

• Advised a publicly traded company in the food sector within the framework of capital markets law. 
• Assisted companies in corporate restructuring processes such as capital increase, capital reduction, simultaneous increase and reduction of capital, and transformation of company type, across industries including automotive, food, tourism, and electronics. 
• Supported startups during their investment processes, representing either buyer or seller as legal counsel depending on the company’s position.

• Delivered monthly legal consultancy services to a bakery products manufacturer, with focus on corporate and commercial law. 
• Provided monthly legal consultancy to a wireless vacuum cleaner manufacturer, particularly in corporate and commercial law, advertising law, and e-commerce. 
• Delivered ongoing legal consultancy to a luxury fashion company, focusing on corporate and commercial law. 
• Provided monthly legal consultancy services to an e-commerce company specializing in the sale of used cars. 
• Consulted a renewable energy company on daily legal matters, including review of various contracts. 
• Deliver regular consulting services to companies in the hospitality industry with a particular focus on energy-related issues.

 International Trade & Dispute Resolution:

• Advised and successfully represented a Vietnamese company in anti-dumping proceedings initiated by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. 
• Represented two Turkish energy companies in disputes with European suppliers concerning the construction of geothermal power plants in Turkey; the matters were resolved before the ICC International Court of Arbitration, seated in Zurich. 
• Acting on behalf of a Russian company in a dispute arising under maritime law in relation to an agency agreement with a Turkish carrier; the matter is being conducted as an ad hoc arbitration. 
• Advise and represent various companies from CIS countries in commercial disputes with Turkish suppliers. 
• Represented embassies and consulates in employment disputes.

Family Law & Asset Division:

• Extensive experience representing clients in family courts in divorce proceedings, particularly in cases involving the division of corporate assets such as company shares and other business interests. 

Citizenship & Immigration by Investment:

• Significant experience advising clients on citizenship-by-investment matters, including pathways involving the engagement of Turkish workforce and other investment-based programs. 

Corporate Governance & Board Advisor:

• Advised a network company on electronic general assemblies and board of directors’ decision-making processes.
