International Technical Assistance

The international technical assistance (ITA) sector in Ukraine encompasses the work of governmental and non-governmental donors, development agencies, international NGOs, and their Ukrainian counterparts working to support Ukraine’s reform agenda, recovery efforts, and long-term development.
