Economic Society “Hukuk Consulting” is a  law firm established in 2021 by experienced lawyers with practices in various branches of law.

Our team of experienced professionals specializes in corporate, contract, tax, and labor law, as well as in the areas of construction, international trade, and customs law.

At the beginning of 2023, the partners of the law firm Hukuk Consulting carried out comprehensive work to integrate with the international law firm GRATA International. As a result, Hukuk Consulting has become a part of the global network of GRATA International and is now an associated office in Turkmenistan.

GRATA International Hukuk Consulting provides professional services in corporate matters, contract negotiation, alternative dispute resolution using the methods of mediation, arbitration, and litigation, as well as day-to-day legal support for the commercial and operational activities of local and international companies.
