The association operates according to the «Swiss Verein» model used by international best practices. All members of the International Association of GRATA work under the status of an associated or integrated office.

А. Have experience working in international law firms or large local law firms.
B. Have a desire to establish their own law firm and possess organizational skills, a team of like-minded individuals, and finances.
2) Basic collaboration terms:
A. Local partners establish a law firm (Firm) in their own country.
B. GRATA International grants the Firm the right to use its Brand as the business name and the right to be a member of the GRATA International Association registered in Switzerland.
3) Funding of expenses:
A. Local partners independently cover all expenses related to the establishment and operation of the Firm.
B. GRATA International provides full support, including payment of essential infrastructure expenses of the Firm during the first year of operation.
4) Association membership and brand usage involve the payment of:
A. Membership fees.
B. Royalties based on the income generated from legal services.
5) This collaboration will enable the firm to:
A. Operate at the level of international law firms.
