GRATA International to host a webinar within the EUROBAK Tax Committee

On 29 April 2026, a webinar will be held as part of the EUROBAK Tax Committee on the topic: “Current Practice of Application of the Multilateral Convention (MLI) by Tax Authorities.” 

The speaker will be Assel Ilyassova, Partner at GRATA International.

The webinar will focus on the current practice of applying the MLI and double taxation treaties by tax authorities. It will cover key approaches taken by tax authorities in interpreting MLI provisions, including the beneficial ownership test, the principal purpose test (PPT), as well as practical issues arising during tax audits and disputes.
