Overview

Alla Naglis is a partner in the Corporate, TMT, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution task force groups representing clients in a broad range of complex matters requiring deep industry expertise in cross-border transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on emerging technologies, media, telecommunications and entertainment law. 

Her experience includes landmark projects involving corporate and regulatory matters.  On the media and entertainment side, Alla advises major Russian and international media and entertainment companies on virtually all legal aspects of the media and entertainment industry (above all, film and television), including all matters related to cross-border co-production and co-financing, international distribution, and related intellectual property issues. 

Another substantial part of her expertise is international arbitrations and litigation, where Alla holds a Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Frequently ranked as a leading Russian technology, media and telecommunications lawyer, Alla has been consistently recognized for TMT law in Russia by Chambers Europe and by Legal 500, as well as ranked among the Best Lawyers in Russia.

Alla has authored a number of articles on media and telecoms matters.

Before joining GRATA International, Alla was partner with leading international law firms (including heading the TMT practice in Russia in two such firms consecutively) and lately led a boutique telecommunications and media advisory practice.
