Kazakhstan issues OTTS for Li Auto
Li Auto is officially expanding its presence in the region: the Li L6, Li L7, and Li L9 models received vehicle type approval (OTTS) in Kazakhstan, according to the brand’s official distributor.
The certification confirms full compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations.
Auto-leasing for individuals in Kazakhstan
Starting December 1, Kazakhstan will launch a new auto-leasing program for individuals.
Citizens will be able to choose between purchasing vehicles under a lease agreement with a subsequent buyout or returning the vehicle after the leasing period. The program will serve as an additional option for citizens of Kazakhstan alongside the existing preferential auto-loan program.
New automotive brand enters Kazakhstan
A new brand, Geely Galaxy, was officially presented in Almaty city on November 21 by the Kazakhstan automotive company Allur. The showcased Geely Galaxy models received vehicle type approval (OTTS) in Kazakhstan.
Allur also announced the launch of new production lines at its Kostanay city plant to begin local manufacturing of Geely Galaxy vehicles.
