A new dealership center of the MG brand, part of Allur, opened in the city of Almaty.
Representatives of the management of Allur and SAIC Motor, as well as delegations of the Shanghai government and the Akimat of the city of Almaty, took part in the opening ceremony.
Nearly 6 million cars in Kazakhstan’s vehicle fleet as of April 1, 2026
5,955,765 vehicles were registered in Kazakhstan as of April 1, 2026, according to the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reflecting steady growth in motorization and high demand for personal transport.
On a nationwide scale, this means not only an increase in the number of cars, but also increased pressure on urban infrastructure, especially in large agglomerations, where the growth of the vehicle fleet traditionally outpaces the development of the road network.
Astana Motors announced the launch of Chery in Slovakia
Astana Motors became the official distributor of the Chery brand in Slovakia.
The launch will begin with the opening of 7 dealership centers in the cities of Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Trenčín, Martin, Dunajská Streda, Topoľčany, and Púchov.
Subaru Outback received OTTS in Kazakhstan - sales start in summer 2026
The new generation Subaru Outback received vehicle type approval (OTTS), which came into force on April 28, 2026. This means that the model is ready for an official launch on the market.
Astana Motors enters Poland with the GWM brand

Astana Motors Became Distributor of OMODA and JAECOO in Kazakhstan
OMODA and JAECOO, the export division of automotive giant Chery Automobile (PRC), and Astana Motors signed a distribution agreement in the Chinese city of Wuhu.
Astana Motors is already preparing to launch production of OMODA and JAECOO vehicles at the multi-brand plant Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan in the city of Almaty.
Allur brought 7 awards from China in the auto business sector
Allur took part in the largest international exhibition Auto China 2026 in Beijing and a number of international business events in China, following which it received several awards at the global level for the development of distribution, brands, and dealership networks. This was reported by the automaker’s press service.
According to Allur, the company delegation held meetings with foreign partners, including SAIC International, BAIC International, GAC Group, as well as representatives of the brands Geely Galaxy, JAC, and Li Auto, and took part in the annual conference of the Jetour and Soueast Together & Forward 2026 brands. Discussion of key directions for the development of the industry also took place with Chery Group Chairman Yin Tongyue.
