GRATA International will host the next Legal Working Group meeting at CCI France-Kazakhstan

On 3 December 2025, GRATA International will host the upcoming meeting of the Legal Working Group for members of the France–Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFK).

The upcoming webinar will focus on a highly relevant topic for international and local companies: “Approaches of the Tax Authorities in recent practice regarding the beneficial ownership test and the application of the MLI”.

The presentation will address one of the most recent legal cases in Kazakhstan concerning the interpretation and enforcement of the beneficial ownership concept and the application of the Multilateral Instrument (MLI) by the tax authorities.
