GRATA International to Speak at the Upcoming HR Committee Meeting

On 27 November 2025, the German Economy Union in Kazakhstan will hold the next HR Committee meeting, bringing together HR leaders, legal experts, and member companies to discuss current HR trends, regulatory updates, and practical approaches to workforce management.

The meeting will take place in a hybrid format:

Offline venue: Office of the German Economy Representation in Central Asia
Business Center Esentai City (Almaty)

Online participation will be available for companies located in other cities or countries.

As part of the agenda, Marina Kolesnikova, Counsel at GRATA International, will deliver a presentation on: “Resolution No. 1 of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.11.2024: Practical aspects of applying legislation in labour dispute resolution.”

The meeting will be held in Russian.
