GRATA International in partnership with the British-Kazakh Society hosted an in-person seminar at the AIFC

On 16 April, GRATA International, in partnership with the British-Kazakh Society, hosted an in-person seminar at the AIFC in Astana titled “Legal Risks for Subsoil Users and Foreign Investors under the Land Law of Kazakhstan.”

The seminar brought together representatives of the legal and business community to explore the key legal and regulatory challenges faced by subsoil users and foreign investors operating in Kazakhstan. 

The session was led by Gani Sagimbekov, Senior Associate, who shared valuable insights and hands-on experience in handling complex land law matters.Beyond the substantive discussions, the event also provided a valuable platform for professional networking and exchange of perspectives among participants.
