GRATA International, Belarus thrilled to support the first Russian International Arbitration Congress (RIAC), which will take place in Moscow on May 14 – 16, 2025.

RIAC 2025 aims to bring together leading law firms, business representatives, arbitration institutions, arbitrators, and all those interested in international dispute resolution from Russia and around the globe. What distinguishes the RIAC is its commitment to blending professional development with cultural enrichment. The RIAC is dedicated to providing not only high-caliber content but also unique cultural experiences that reflect the rich heritage of Russia.

The RIAC program will feature a comprehensive business agenda, including:

• the main Conference (May 14);
• various satellite events organised by the RIAC partners (May 15 – 16).
• The Congress will be preceded by a scientific and practical conference “Russian Arbitration Day” on May 13.

The registration for RIAC 2025 is already open! The main conference of RIAC 2025 (May 14) is the flagship event of the Congress, featuring world-renowned speakers. The aim of the conference is to seek answers to timeless questions of arbitration that remain relevant regardless of time, changes in legislation, or international affairs. Speakers will address complex (even philosophical) challenges that arise in real disputes: the limits of arbitrators; inherent powers, the relationship between national and international legal orders, the impact of imperative norms on arbitration, and the globalisation (or fragmentation) of the arbitration system.

During the Congress, you will also have the opportunity to attend more than 30 in-person events dedicated to alternative dispute resolution and meet legal professionals and business representatives from different countries.
