Reham is the Executive Manager at A&CO Law with over five years of legal and management experience. She oversees the firm’s operational and administrative functions, internal workflows, team performance, and implementation of firm-wide policies. She also contributes to the Corporate Department, advising on commercial contracts, contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Within the Alternative Dispute Resolution department, she manages client matters involving case assessment, settlement negotiations, and drafting settlement agreements.   • Advised a multinational company on the recovery of outstanding invoices with an aggregate value of 64 million USD, including assessing available recovery and enforcement remedies and advising on the strategic considerations arising from the cross border nature of the dispute involving counterparties and operations across Oman, UAE and Russia.
  • Conducted a comprehensive review of Omani environmental legislation and regulations against a multi-billion international company’s EHS Risk Register, identifying compliance gaps and amending the register accordingly.
  • Negotiated and documented a debt settlement worth a quarter million, incorporating additional amounts supported by purchase orders and invoices and avoiding separate commercial proceedings, costs, and delays.
  • Successfully challenged a bad-faith trademark application for an F&B client with the trademark valued over 3 million USD, securing its revocation and enabling the subsequent registration of the client’s trademark.
  • Advised on the feasibility and strategy of pursuing a contractual claim in Kuwait with the total value exceeding 250 million USD, including assessment of available remedies and potential court proceedings.
  • Managed, represented and provided ongoing legal and commercial support to a leading consumer electronics retailer and distributor across various commercial and contractual matters.
  • Managed company incorporation for foreign clients, advising on corporate structure, activities, licensing, taxation, Omanisation, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating government approvals and registrations.
  • Advised foreign investors on the feasible structuring options by establishing mainland or free zone companies, including licensing, permitted activities, corporate documentation, banking, immigration, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Advised clients on Omani tax matters and compliance, including tax registration, planning, filings, and liaison with the Tax Authority.
  • Regularly advised on employment compliance, including employment contracts, working hours, and expatriate employment requirements.
  • Managed debt recovery matters for local and international clients, including a government-affiliated entity, overseeing negotiations, payment recovery and formal settlement documentation.
