Polina Sachava

Polina Sachava is an associate at GRATA International. She is the Head of the Tax practice and the Co-Head of the Finance & Securities practice. Polina provides legal services in practice areas of Data Protection & Privacy, Contract Law, Antitrust & Competition, Employment. 

She has invaluable experience in international business structuring, identifying risks of infringing antitrust legislation, sanctions compliance, managing risks of recognizing as permanent establishment for tax purposes, personal data protection.

She has been certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to provide legal services since 2023.
