- Successfully defended a company and actively representing a major exclusive automative dealership in various consumer protection prosecution concerning claimed vehicle repairs, replacement of parts and vehicles, resulting in full acquittal of the company.
- Negotiated and documented an amicable settlement through the Reconciliation and Settlement Committee, resolving a complex property dispute involving mortgage release, co-ownership transfer and avoiding protracted litigation.
- Representing a shareholder in parallel commercial and criminal proceedings concerning forged corporate documents, unauthorised share transfers and unlawful withholding of profits.
