- Represented a Greek company in proceedings to enforce a foreign issued judgment against an Omani company, securing the court’s order recognising and granting executory effect to the judgment in Oman.
- Advised a UAE Free Zone oil and gas company on the recovery of unpaid invoices exceeding quarter million USD, including evaluating available legal and enforcement remedies, assessing potential recovery and advising on the appropriate strategy for pursuing the outstanding amounts.
- Represented a client in a three-year delayed property delivery dispute, securing an order for delivery and transfer of title, contractual delay penalties, costs, and legal fees.
- Successfully defended a company against an employee’s wage and leave claims, relying on documentary evidence and expert findings, with the dismissal of the claims upheld on appeal.
