GRATA International strengthens its expertise in TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom): Alla Naglis joins the team.

Alla specializes in TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), Corporate, IP, and Dispute Resolution. She advises on complex cross-border transactions, M&A, and corporate matters, focusing on emerging tech, media, and entertainment.

She also has extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London). Alla has been consistently recognized by Chambers Europe, Legal 500, and Best Lawyers and has authored a number of articles on media and telecom matters.

Prior to joining GRATA International, she was a partner at leading international law firms, heading TMT practices in Russia, and led a boutique telecommunications and media advisory practice.
