Pravo.ru analysts analyzed 2351 projects in the field of corporate law for a total amount of 43.2 trillion rubles. Only those cases that were completed between January 2022 and April 2024 were taken into account.

GRATA International was ranked among the Top 30 companies for projects related to asset restructuring and among the Top 50 companies supporting M&A transactions.
