Partner GRATA International moderated a plenary session at MINEX Kazakhstan 2024

Almat Daumov, Partner and Head of Natural Resources Department at GRATA International, took part in the MINEX Kazakhstan 2024 conference as a moderator. Mr. Daumov moderated the plenary session "Enhanced Drivers for the Advancement of the Mining and Metallurgical Industry in Kazakhstan" held on April 17.

Speakers of the session included representatives of international companies PRISM Political Risk Management and Metals Focus, Executive Director of the Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises (AGMP), President of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Mines, CEO of Tau-Ken Samruk JSC.

Partner and Director of Astana office, Samat Daumov has also joined the conference to take part in the discussions and conference events. 

Participants discussed industrial policy and investment climate of Kazakhstan, development of mining and metallurgical industries, global forecast in gold mining sector, as well as investment and strategic projects of Tau-Ken Samruk after the assets accession of Kazgeologiya JSC.
