Partner and Director of the Intellectual Property Department at GRATA International, Timur Berekmoinov, joined a round table hosted by QazPatent

On February 28, RSE “National Institute of Intellectual Property” (Qazpatent) jointly with Franchday.Com held a round table in Astana on "Franchising as a development tool for small and medium-sized businesses". Partner and Director of the Intellectual Property Department at GRATA International, Timur Berekmoinov, has joined the event. 

Delegates discussed both legal and development issues of franchise in Kazakhstan, state regulation and support of franchising activities.

Timur Berekmoinov, joined the round table and spoke on "Legal regulation of a franchise agreement in Kazakhstan". Representatives of the Ministries of Justice, National Economy, Trade and Integration, as well as employees of IFCA and National Chamber of Entrepreneurs attended the event.
