Experience
- Legal support of liquidation of legal entity in the IT sphere, including representation of the interests of the client during inspections;
- Legal support of the opening of a representative office of a large distributor of FMCG products in Belarus;
- Advising a major distributor of FMCG products on the termination of a representative office in Belarus;
- Advising on distribution and payment of dividends to shareholders from so called “unfriendly” states, drafting documents required for the procedure;
- Drafting a legal opinion on liability issues in bankruptcy proceedings for a Polish supplier of FMCG products that is a founder of a Belarusian legal entity;
- Participation in the development of the scheme of distribution of product samples as promotional materials, and drafting related documents;
- Drafting of the assignments of claim with the participation of non-residents;
- Drafting and legal expertise of commercial contracts (including foreign trade contracts), agency agreements, and other types of contracts in various industries;

- Support the Client in a dispute with a local authority over the termination of the Client's land use right;
- Representation of the interests of the major Russian manufacturer of polymer materials in the recovery of debt for goods supplied.
