Vladislava specializes in complex legal support of commercial companies in various sectors of the economy, as well as representing clients in court disputes and has experience in representation before state authorities.

She also provides litigation support in cases related to the protection of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity, as well as advises on the formalization of contractual legal relations and transactions with intellectual property objects.

Representation of the client in cases on protection of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization;
Representation of customers and suppliers in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction in disputes arising from the contract of supply, contracting, lease, etc.;
