Miskah Banafsaj

Miskah is an Associate in Leks&Co. She obtained a law degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2024. She completed a Training Program at Armand Yapsunto Muharamsyah & Partners, following her internship at Center for Environmental Law and Climate Justice and Saragi Samekto & Rasyidi Law Firm. She joined Leks&Co as an intern and was later promoted as a Junior Associate. At the firm, she is involved in real estate, corporate & commercial, and commercial dispute resolution.

Under the guidance of Dr. Eddy M. Leks, she has authored several legal publications on topics such as customary rights, environmental law, litigation, real estate dispute, contract law and many more.
