- Supporting the registration and reorganisation of legal entities in Russia, advising clients before the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation;
- Supporting the purchase and sale ща a participatory interest in the charter capital (limited liability companies);
- Advising on corporate law issues under Russian law;
- Preparation of legal opinions on corporate, contractual and real property law issues;
- Support of organisations' outsourcing activities (drafting and reviewing contracts, drafting of claims, preparing legal opinions on clients' issues).
- Litigation in arbitration courts and general jurisdiction courts (real estate law, bankruptcy, contractual and corporate law), drafting procedural documents and draft of judicial decisions;

- Negotiating a lease agreement in a major shopping centre in Samara;
- Successfully concluded foreign trade contracts with counterparties from China (supply agreements and contracts for the provision of services on a non-gratis basis);
- Negotiated a sale and purchase agreement for a major office centre in Samara.
