- Participation in legal support of a foreign food equipment manufacturer in a commercial dispute with a Belarusian purchaser connected with a failure to perform payment obligations and performance of conditions for turnkey works, including a pre-trial settlement of the dispute;
- Participation in legal support of a Belarusian company in a dispute with a non-resident under an international sales contract in connection with a non-resident supplier's withdrawal from obligations under international sanctions, including pre-trial settlement of the dispute, arbitration proceedings in the International Arbitration Court at the BelCCI;
- Participation in legal support of a major foreign supplier of fruits to the EU and CIS countries in a dispute with Russian buyer in connection with unlawful cancellation of a contract which caused losses for the foreign supplier, including arbitration proceedings in the International Arbitration Court at the CCI of the Russian Federation, the procedure for setting aside of the arbitral award in a Russian state court;
- Participation in legal support of a Belarusian engineering company in a dispute with a non-resident under an international sales contract, including pre-trial dispute settlement;
- Participation in drafting a legal opinion on the bank liquidation procedure in Germany, as well as on the necessity for the creditors to perform legal actions in order to receive the funds from the the correspondent accounts of the counterparty bank (correspondent bank).
- Participation in legal support of a Russian organization in the procedure for recognition and enforcement in Belarus of an award rendered by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
- Participation in legal support of a commercial dispute in the interests of a Belarusian construction company under construction subcontracting agreements.
- Participation in legal support of the largest Belarusian manufacturer of linen textile on the procedure of the recognition and enforcement in Austria of an arbitral award issued by the International Court of Arbitration at the BelCCI, including support of the client at the stage of appeal by the debtor company against the Austrian court's decision to recognize and enforce the award of the International Court of Arbitration at the BelCCI.
- Participation in legal support of a major Belarusian exporter of oil products in a dispute with a Belarusian company regarding the failure of the Belarusian company to fulfill its obligations under an oil products supply agreement.
- Participation in legal support of Russian company in a dispute with a Belarusian company related to the failure of the Belarusian company to fulfill its obligations under a forwarding contract.
- Participation in legal support of a foreign company, which is a participant of a Belarusian legal entity, in a corporate dispute regarding the failure to provide the foreign company, as a participant, with documents and information on the activities of the legal entity, including consideration in court of the foreign company's claim to compel the sole executive body of the Belarusian legal entity to provide the foreign company with documents and information on the activities of the legal entity.
- Participation in legal support of a Russian company, involved in the proceedings as a third party on the side of the Claimant, in a dispute with a Belarusian organization in connection with losses arising in the course of execution of a contract for construction and installation works.
- Participation in legal support of a foreign company in a dispute with a Belarusian organization regarding recovery of debt under an international sales contract due to improper performance by the Belarusian organization of its obligations under the contract, including the pre-trial settlement stage.
- Participation in legal support of a Belarusian organization being the Pledgor in a dispute with a Belarusian bank on recovery of a part of the debt of the Belarusian organization being the Debtor under a loan agreement through foreclosure of pledged property.
