Kristina has experience in supporting the registration and liquidation of companies in the Republic of Belarus, supporting the sale and purchase of shares (stocks) of companies, and supporting the securities trading on the organised market of the Republic of Belarus.

  • Participation in supporting the liquidation of a resident of the “Great Stone” Industrial Park, a subsidiary of a major Chinese shipbuilding corporation, which carried out scientific research in the field of complex systems and development of artificial intelligence, development of unmanned autonomous control technology;
  • Participation on supporting an intra-group M&A transaction of a major Chinese technology holding company, including obtaining regulatory approvals, including approvals for a transaction involving shares owned by an “unfriendly” resident;
  • Participation in structuring an M&A transaction of a major manufacturer of equipment and software for professional construction using a call option; 
  • Participation in the external compliance of marketing activities in the Republic of Belarus of one of the largest Indian manufacturers of medicines and biologically active supplements;
  • Participation in designing the structure of corporate governance to ensure shareholder succession in one of the leading private research laboratories in the Republic of Belarus;
  • Participation in supporting of the change of top management of a subsidiary of a large international petrochemical holding company;
  • Participation in supporting the establishment of a closed joint-stock company, drafting a shareholders' agreement, advising on the registration of the issue of stocks of a closed joint-stock company;
  • Participation in supporting the establishment of a subsidiary of one of the Russian market leaders in the sale of road-building, warehouse and agricultural machinery in the Republic of Belarus;
  • Participation in supporting of the sale and purchase of stocks in the open joint-stock company whose stocks were previously purchased through the privatisation procedure.
