Irakli Kordzakhia

Irakli Kordzakhia is a managing partner of the firm since its foundation.

He is a member of the Commission of Ethics of Bar Association of Georgia.  He is an accredited mediator of the mediation center at Tbilisi City Court, a member of the council of two leading arbitration institutions in Georgia.

Before establishing the firm and starting independent practice Irakli Kordzakhia worked as a head of the legal department in one of the commercial banks of Georgia.

Irakli Kordzakhia focuses his practice on commercial litigation and arbitration, infrastructural projects, corporate law, M&A.  He has a valid experience in acting as a local law expert in improvement and drafting laws regulations to financial lease and local infrastructure policy within the projects financed by different international organizations and financial institutions.

Irakli Kordzakhia is consistently praised for his performance in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 editions.  Irakli Kordzakhia further to the ranking agency Chambers and Partners for his activity in domestic disputes is described as a “very good litigator”.

Irakli  Kordzakhia is fluent in Georgian, English and Russian.
