Chotika is an experienced legal consultant with over 10 years of expertise in corporate law, labour & employment law, foreign direct investment law and data protection and privacy law.
Advised local and international clients on business incorporation, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance and restrictions and privileges applying to foreigners and foreign investments, including foreign business license and privileges under Thailand’s Board of Investment and Industrial Estate Authority in Thailand. Also, advised on a number of recent major mergers and acquisitions transactions. Experienced in local and international clients on labour issues and compliance. Assisted many local companies implement personal data protection compliance projects.

- Advised limited and public companies on compliance with personal and privacy law by conducting workshops and drafting internal documents required by law, including privacy notices, consent forms, and related data protection policies.
- Conducted personal data protection law trainings for employees of leading corporations, ensuring organizational awareness and practical implementation of data protection measures.
- Acted as personal data officer for client’s corporation to endure regulatory compliance.
- Drafted and reviewed legal agreements including shareholders’ agreements, loan agreements, employment contracts, and mutual separation agreements, and etc., ensuring enforceability and client-favoring terms.
