Anton Benko

Anton Benko is a Junior Associate at GRATA International. He is involved in the provision of services in Dispute resolution and Corporate law practices. Anton has specialized experience in preparing procedural documents for dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration courts.

Honors:

Third place in the team competition at the XXI Open Student Olympiad in Legal Sciences of the Grodno State University named after Yanka Kupala – 2021

Third place in the team at the VIII International Commercial Arbitration Competition named after M.G. Rosenberg – 2021

Experience:

• Participation in drawing up the legal position and documents on the case at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC);
• Participation in legal positioning and drafting documents on the case in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the CCI of the Russian Federation (ICAC);
• Participation in legal advising and drafting documents to protect the interests of the creditor in enforcement proceedings;
• Participation in drafting of documents to protect the interests of the creditor in the case of economic insolvency (bankruptcy);
• Participation in the preparation of claims for the resolution of disputes under supply contracts, construction contracts, and services contracts;
• Participation in the preparation of consultations on the closure of the representative office of a foreign organization in Belarus;
• Participation in the procedures of liquidation of organizations, including the drafting of documents required in the course of liquidation (decisions of shareholders, civil-law agreements), and coordination of other participants in the procedure.
