• Participation in drafting the legal analysis of the existing regulation of medicines and medical devices registration and distribution in the territory of Belarus;
• Participation in the preparation of advice on the risks of the existence of a permanent representative office of a foreign legal entity in the territory of Belarus;
• Participation in the analysis of client's documents in compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection and preparation of recommendations for their improvement;
• Participation in the preparation of advice on the procedure for advertising, and analysis of the content of marketing materials, regarding their compliance with the current legislation requirements.
