• Represented a Russian company in a maritime law dispute under an ad hoc arbitration seated in Istanbul.

• “Dividend Distribution in Companies Whose Shares Are Traded on the Stock Exchange,” Master’s Thesis, July 2018, published online in the Council of Higher Education of Türkiye database under Thesis No. 526903. The thesis analyzes the specifics of the dividend distribution process in publicly listed companies and provides proposals for legislative amendments aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the process.
•  “Enforcement of Judgments of Russian Arbitration Courts and Russian Commercial Arbitrations in Turkey,” Russian Arbitration Association, 2018. The article examines the challenges associated with the enforcement in Turkey of judgments rendered by Russian state arbitration courts, as well as the effectiveness of enforcing awards of Russian commercial arbitral tribunals.
