• Advised Azimut Hotel on internal corporate matters concerning the activity of recreational complex on Issyk-Kul in the Caprice recreation center, related to the construction of a hotel;
• Consulting JunHe on registration and opening of a private security company in Kyrgyzstan;
• Advised Eldik bank OJSC on the procedure for issuing and listing Eurobonds on the London Stock Exchange;
• Advised Apple TV on the launch of its Apple TV streaming service in the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Advised Amazon on the launch of its Apple TV streaming service in the Kyrgyz Republic on establishing satellites and determining radio frequencies in the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Advised LLC "Квант Икс" on the compliance of a share participation agreement in the construction of multi-apartment buildings;
• Advised D&A LLC on issues related to foreign ownership of land plots and real estate located thereon;
• Pre-trial settlement of a dispute between a foreign person and a seller of residential real estate in the Kyrgyz Republic over ownership rights to an apartment;
• Pre-trial proceedings between a major English investment fund and Kyrgyzstan Airports OJSC regarding the legality of additional share issues and dilution of client shares;
• Advised a Vietnamese investor in a dispute against Chinese entrepreneurs involved in casino activities in the Kyrgyz Republic.
