Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 572 dated 12 May 2018 introduced amendments to Resolution No. 1289 dated 30 November 2015 that establishes restrictions and conditions for admission to the procurement for state and municipal need of medicinal products included in the list vital and essential medicines (VEM) originating from foreign states.

On 17 May 2018, the State Duma adopted in the second reading the draft Federal Law 'On the Measures (Countermeasures) in Response to Unfriendly Actions of the USA and(or) other Foreign States' (hereinafter - the 'Draft Law').

Rules relating to statute of limitation contained in the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the “Civil Code”) may seem relatively straightforward.

According to the law, PTT will be authorized to deliver the foreign official documents with apostille granted by competent bodies to recipients or electronically sending the documents with e-apostille to recipients.

With the amendment of International Arbitration Act, in rejection cases against the final decree on arbitrations, “the regional courts of justice” will be authorized.

Equity companies and cooperatives are able to request an arrangement of bankruptcy instead of suspension of bankruptcy.
