It investigates the legal nature of the contract for the creation of an object of shared construction, concluded in relation to the construction of non-residential premises and considers the requirements to the form and the essential conditions of this agreement. Additionally, a definition of the «contract for the creation of a shared construction object» is given in regard to both residential and non-residential premises.
