GRATA International experts from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have contributed to the Global Project Finance Guide 2026, an international publication providing a comparative overview of legal frameworks and market practices in project finance across multiple jurisdictions.
The Guide is based on a standardized questionnaire prepared by the editors and answered by experienced project finance lawyers worldwide. It provides a practical summary of the legislation and international treaties governing project finance and highlights key issues such as security interests, incentives and restrictions related to project finance in different jurisdictions.
