GRATA International St. Petersburg hosted an exclusive expert session for members of ClubFirst, one of Russia's leading business communities.

Managing Partner Vladimir Komarov was the featured speaker, presenting on "Roles and Responsibilities in Family Businesses: Legal Structuring of Family Wealth."

The discussion focused on succession planning as both a strategic management and legal challenge. Particular attention was given to the allocation of ownership, governance functions and control rights to ensure business continuity across generations.
