The National Strategy for improvement of mechanisms on human rights and freedoms is defined
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed the Decree "On approval of the Republic of Uzbekistan's National strategy on human rights" No.УП-6012 from 22 June 2020 (the “Decree No.УП-6012”) that envisages the adoption of a long-term strategy for the protection of human rights and freedoms.
Investment Company JSC "UzAssets" is formed by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Resolution “On additional measures to improve the privatization processes” No.381 dated 15 June 2020 (the “Resolution No.381”) to implement investment projects using advanced foreign experience. Within this framework, the Decree No.381 established an investment company JSC "UzAssets”, the founder of which is the State Assets Management Agency.
Anticorruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Improvement of the Procedure of Implementation of Public-Private Partnership Projects” No.259 dated April 24, 2020 (the “Resolution No.259”), the mechanism of forming and approving prices for products under public-private partnership projects (the “PPP”) has been determined.
